1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Leadify (watsalead.in), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue using our services.
2. Acceptable WhatsApp Cloud Usage
Leadify provides integration with official Meta WhatsApp Cloud APIs. Users must comply with Meta Commerce & Messaging Policies. You strictly agree NOT to use Leadify for:
- Sending unsolicited promotional spam to users who have not opted in.
- Distributing illegal, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive content.
- Using unauthorized scraper extensions or unofficial WhatsApp mods.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
Leadify services are billed on a recurring monthly or annual subscription basis. All subscription fees are exclusive of Meta WhatsApp Cloud API utility template rates charged directly by Meta.
4. Termination & Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate Meta Business policies, trigger excessive spam reports, or fail to maintain valid billing details.
